Analytics Information

We use Matomo Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, in order to improve and optimise the portal, and evaluate the reach and impact of our research.

Information Collected

When you visit the website, Matomo collects the following information:

IP address (used briefly to determine approximate location and then anonymised)
Approximate geolocation (e.g. city/region-level)
Pages visited and time spent on each page
Referrer URL (the site you came from)
Device information: browser, operating system and screen resolution

IP anonymisation: Your IP address is anonymised immediately on collection by masking, and no full IP address is stored or used for any further processing.

Cookies

We do not use cookies.

Storage and Retention

Anonymised analytics data is stored on King's College London servers. Raw analytics data is deleted after 180 days, and only aggregated reports are retained.
